Chemours is prepared to submit residential well sampling results to DEQ pursuant to
Consent Order Paragraph 22. The results have already been shared with the respective residents.

Due to the size and confidential nature of the data, we are having our consultant,
PIONEER Technologies Corporation, send links to access the data directly to Mr. Michael Scott.
The data will not be further distributed or posted on Chemours’ website.
