Deputy Assistant Secretary for Environment & State Energy Director 1601 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699-1601 sushma.masemore@ncdenr.gov Re: CO Addendum Paragraph 4(c) – Stormwater Treatment System Capture and Removal Efficiency Report Dear Ms. Masemore, Pursuant to the requirements of paragraph 4(c) of the Addendum to Consent Order Paragraph 12 (CO Addendum), please find enclosed the Stormwater Treatment System Capture and Removal Efficiency Report (SWTS Capture and Efficiency Report). This report presents the demonstration that the Stormwater Treatment System meets CO Addendum paragraph 4(c) requirements including: (1) consistently capturing stormwater from the Monomers/IXM area in events up to one (1) inch within a 24-hour period; and (2) removing indicator PFAS parameters at a minimum removal efficiency of 99%.
