Combustion form large pile of yard waste that was accumulated from a mass cleanup on Fort Bragg a couple of weeks prior. Screening was not occurring due to equipment being down. Recycling area that had a pile of yard debris consisting of leaf litter, pine straw, and grass clippings of approximetly 500 cubic yards. Pile could have been reduced in size by forming smaller windrows and turning to reduce heating.
