You informed us that Dayco will separate wire from the waste to facilitate handling at the county landfill. You also stated that this waste had been received for two days for experimental purposes and that no particular problems had been encountered. We recommended that you employ a trench system specifically for Dayco waste. This recommendation was based on knowledge we have gathered in inspecting disposal of Dayco waste at the Richard Franklin Landfill.' We know that this waste is of a nature not readily adaptable to the dyke method used at the county landfill. You stated that you will be willing to --use a trench method in the future. if you encounter unusual problems disposing of Dayco waste as part of your present operations. Sincerely, J. W.
