During this inspection, it was determined that a berm had been placed near the northwestern corner of the site to prevent any potential I each ate/sto rmwate r from leaving the site. The leachate/stormwater would be pumped out and placed in the on -site dewatering system. Sampling has been conducted and the Section concurred with no further action. The windrows had also been reorientated to prevent the ponding of water. This letter serves to confirm that the requirements of the Notice of Violation dated July 22, 2021 have been satisfied and the violation(s) have been corrected.
