Dear Mr. Harper:
On September 2, 2021, Ms. Thompson conducted a follow-up inspection. During this inspection, it was
determined that the land clearing waste had been moved to a 2-acre area and was windrowed. Mr. Harper would
provide a map with the location of the markers. The large mulch pile had been removed from the site. The waste
in the open dumping area had been removed, graded, and covered with some mulch.
This letter serves to confirm that the requirements of the Notice of Violation dated February 2, 2021, and Notice
of Continuing Violation dated June 28, 2021 have been satisfied and the violation(s) have been corrected. Thank
