Dear Ms. Holman:
Pursuant to Section 2.v. of the Addendum to the Consent Order, notice is given that the Seep C flow through cell is
currently underwater due to flooding from the Cape Fear River. This condition impedes the operation of the flow
through cell as provided in the Interim Seep Remediation System Plan. As shown below, the cell is submerged by 3 to 4
feet of water. Chemours will monitor the flooding in the area and inspect and maintain the flow through cell as
provided in the System Plan once the flooding recedes.
