PERMIT # I I I I-TP DATE AND TIME OF FIRE: 8/16/2021 @ Early Morning HOW WAS THE FIRE REPORTED AND BY WHOM: An employees brother noticed it, while driving by, and called us and the fire department. LIST ACTIONS TAKEN: Spread out hot spots and soaked them with our water truck. WHAT WAS THE CAUSE OF THE FIRE: Green material to close to stumps excellerated by rain over the weekend.
