The landfill access roads are constructed of concrete, asphalt and gravel and were in good condition at the time of inspection. 13. Edge of Waste (EOW) markers are installed around all fill areas of the landfill. The facility has ordered additional markers that will be installed around the disposal areas. 14. The facility is currently filling fly ash from multi -boilers, lime waste, wastewater treatment plant sludge, wood waste debris and cinders and pulp mill process waste in Area D. No unapproved waste was observed in the landfill at the time of inspection. 15. The facility has three interconnected leachate ponds located to the south of Area B—Lower, and no visual deficiencies were observed in the visible portion of the liners.
