ACTIONS TAKEN OR REQUIRED: Facility verbally contacted SWS on 6/8/2021, within 24 hours of occurrence. SWS discussed with facility about
waste screening procedures, as well as application of soil cover at CDLF unit. These measures were taken by facility, but cause of fire undetermined.
French Broad Fire Dept. remained on -site until fire extinguished. Facility will continue waste screening and soil cover application. K.Riddle 6/16/21.
