There was a T & P Notification issued 9/12/01 near this site and on the same parcel.
PURPOSE OF AUDIT:
Partial Audit of New Compost Facility
NOTICE OF VIOLATION(S):
None
STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS:
A Notice of Violation was issued on May 27, 2010 for an illegal dump site at a former T&P facility (T&P-50-003) on
the property but not at the composting area. This has been resolved.
AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1. Notification YWN-50-006 was issued to The Town of Sylva on June 8, 2010.
2. The site is located next to the Sylva Reservoir and Pumping Station on Grapevine Drive. No one was on site
during the audit.

3. A small amount of leaves had been placed in wind rows. Active composting will commence in the fall. Only
leaves were observed in the pile.
