Area 1 CRD Landfill — Permit Modification
Dear Ms. Stanley:
On behalf of Wilson County (County), Smith Gardner, Inc. (S+G) is requesting a permit
modification to increase the vertical limits of the existing Area 1 footprint by approximately
20 vertical feet. Currently the permitted capacity is 433,560 cubic yards. The proposed
modification would increase the capacity by approximately 39,100 cubic yards (see attached),
which is less than 10 percent of the permitted capacity.
