Dear Mr. Breeden:
Please find enclosed the Permit to Construct and Operate for the Chambers Development Anson
County Landfill. This permit approves the increase in daily tonnage from 3,000 tons per day to
6,000 tons per day.
In general, the new facility permit does not reiterate permit conditions which are included in the
Solid Waste Management Rules, 15A NCAC 13B, nor does it restate specific conditions which are
included within the approved plans, such as site -specific operations. Please review the conditions
of the permit carefully.
