Union Cross Land Development was organized in 2019 as a DBA
of Tanner Wyatt Boyles.!!
Tanner is the operator of a current 2 acre LCID site in Forsyth
county NC on land leased from Tucker Trace Farm LLC, a
company his mother owns solely. !!
Elizabeth Ann Tucker has been a hairstylist for 41 years and
owned the property by inheritance. When the process of the LCID
came about she then formed an LLC put the property in the name
of the LLC and a lease is paid from UCLD dba Tanner Boyles to
Tucker Trace Farm on a monthly basis. !!!
Union Cross Grading is also associated under the DBA of Tanner
Boyles. !
I have been a sole proprietor, owner/operator for 17 years with 1
or 2 employees at one time during these years. !!
These are the only two people/companies associated with the
LCID. No one else is financially tied to or responsible of any
actions by Union Cross Land Development or the land in which
the site is on.!!
