ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: 01 – The last inspection was conducted on July 20, 2017 by John College-NCDEQ-DWM-SWS-FOB. 02 – On the inspection report, it was noted that, No Yard Waste on-site or does it appear that this site has been used in a long time for yard waste storage. 03 – It was also noted that, No locking gate or cable.
04 – The directions the John College had were incorrect directions in which lead him to an old sand pit area. 05 – After doing research on Google Earth, John found where this site was located. 06 – The site is behind the Animal shelter and does have Quite a bit of Yard Waste Stored. Scattered over an un-
determined acreage. 07 – The site has fencing and locking gate and video surveillance for security. 08 – Being this was an unannounced inspection, John College contacted Jason Nichols – Tarboro Public Works Director to schedule an on-site meeting with Jason and other staff members to discuss the overall condition of this site. 09 – This meeting has been scheduled for March 30, 2020 at 09:30 am. 10 – Digital pictures were taken during this inspection and some are attached to this report.
