Transport trailer, MSW, Bulk about 40yds Unknown Fire Dept. sprayed the fire, a boom truck was brought in and the load was off loaded on the tipping floor until the hot spots could be put out and then loaded into a trailer Reported to the Fire Dept. by operator Taylor Copland, operator Davis Low then reported to Stacy Bowen who reported to Leighton Earwood who reported to NCDEQ Division of Waste Management Solid Waste John College Notify the Section verbally within 24 hours and submit written notification within 15 days of the occurrence.
