No methane gas was detected in the facility structures during this monitoring event. Permanent explosive gas monitoring devices are located in the scale -house and maintenance building. Methane gas was not detected in compliance monitoring points at concentrations above the lower explosive limit (LEL, i.e., 5% methane by volume) during the fourth quarterly methane monitoring event.
