Subject: North Meck C&D Landfill – Permit 60-13 Greenway Waste Solutions of North Meck, LLC Landfill Gas Remediation Plan CEC Project 111-370.001

This letter is to update you on the status of the approved Phase II of the Landfill Gas (LFG) Remediation Plan for the abovementioned facility. Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), on behalf of Greenway Waste Solutions of North Meck, LLC (GWS), has solicited and received bids from contractors and selected a contractor to begin construction of the LFG system. Construction of
the expanded LFG for the Closed Phase 1 Area C&D landfill and new LFG system for the Infill
Expansion Area will begin in June. Construction is expected to be completed this fall, with startup of the system following shortly after. CEC will notify you when the system is installed and startup begins.
