ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. All photographs were taken by Troy Harrison on January 24, 2018.
2. The Septage Detention and Treatment facility (SDTF) consisted of two 5,000 gallon steel tanks for storage of
domestic septage.
3. Both tanks were observed to be just a little completely full. As a reminder, septage shall not be stored in a
detention or treatment facility for more than six months. The longer septage is stored in a tank the more difficult
it will be to remove.

4. It appears that set-back/buffer requirements have been met.
5. Appropriate signage was in place at the entrance to the access road.
6. All weather roads are maintained for access to the site.
7. Vegetation had been cut around the tanks.
8. No odors observed around the tanks.
