FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 3 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: 1. There were a few miscellaneous plastic items and aluminum cans in what appears to be a ditch cleaning load. These items should be removed on a frequent basis, preferably, when the truck empties a load, remove the unacceptable items. 2. Permanent, clearly visible edge of waste markers must be established at the site, showing the under two acre boundary for waste disposal. This has been commented on in previous reports. The markers must be established by March 24, 2016. 3. It does not appear that the site has been used for much LCID since the last inspection. 4. A sign is posted on the gate at the entrance showing the contact name and number in case of emergency. 5. The access road is of all weather construction and appears to be properly maintained.
