FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: 1. The gate at the end of 10th street was locked and you could no longer walk around the gate post. The south mound has a good grass and lespedeza cover. It is recommended that future site inspections be done in January or February, to be better able to access the site when the grasses die back. 2. The site must be continually maintained as stated in the rules. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding this inspection report.
