Partial Facility Compliance Inspection to review construction activity/progress

STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS:
None applicable

OBSERVED VIOLATIONS:
No violations were observed during this Facility Compliance Inspection; please see the ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
section below.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
1) This is a Construction & Demolition (C&D) Waste Transfer Facility.
2) This site is secured by a locked gate at the Facility entrance. The gate was closed and locked upon my arrival
and no attendant was on-site during this Facility Compliance Inspection.

3) No construction activities were ongoing during this Facility Compliance Inspection.
4) Silt fence has been installed around the perimeter of the permitted area. No off-site erosion was observed
during this Facility Compliance Inspection.
5) All clearing and grading operations have been completed.
6) The Facility access roads are of all-weather construction and appear well-maintained at this time.
7) The Facility scale and scalehouse have been installed.
8) The Facility access road is of all-weather construction and is being maintained in overall good condition.
9) Construction of the Transfer Facility ramp and retaining wall have been completed.

10) Access around the Facility overall is generally stable and no areas of erosion were noted during this Facility
Compliance Inspection.
