STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS:

OBSERVED VIOLATIONS:
No violations were observed during this Facility Compliance Inspection; please see the ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
section below.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
1) This is a Construction & Demolition (C&D) Waste Transfer Facility.
2) This site is secured by a locked gate at the Facility entrance.
3) The access gate was open upon my arrival and Green Recycling Solutions employees were on-site during this
Facility Compliance Inspection.
4) Silt fence has been installed and is being maintained around the perimeter of the permitted area. No off-site
erosion was observed during this Facility Compliance Inspection.
5) Construction activities have been completed.
6) The Transfer Station appears to have been constructed in accordance with the Permit to Construct.

7) The Facility scale and scalehouse have been installed.
8) The Facility access road is of all-weather construction and is being maintained in overall good condition.

9) Access around the Facility overall is generally stable and no areas of erosion were noted during this Facility
Compliance Inspection.
