This vapor mitigation plan was prepared in response to the recent indoor air quality (IAQ) data collected on April 27, 2015, and presented in our Second Report of Post-Mitigation IAQ Assessment (dated May 26, 2015). Proposed Vapor Mitigation Plan  Phase 1: This phase is intended to help determine the source of the TCE identified in the basement and the Unit 120 space. The phase will consist of: - Replace the existing door from Unit 120 to the basement with an exterior door with seals. - Seal all cracks and other penetrations in the wall separating Unit 120 from the stairway to the basement. - Seal all joints and penetrations in the floor in Unit 120. - Remove the in-floor Toledo scale in Unit 120 and implement a corrective plan to seal this area (the corrective plan will be developed once the scale is removed and existing conditions are evaluated) - One week following completion of the above actions, collect IAQ samples at same locations as those collected on April 27, 2015.
