FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. Inspected pump truck tag#YA016246, VIN# correct – the tank appears structurally sound & securely attached. The outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The lettering is correct on both sides of this vehicle however it is getting faint & will need repaired in the future. This was noted on a previous audit. 2. The other truck is in compliance (lettering, bolts etc) but is currently not in use. 3. Reviewed truck pumping log – ensure that the full physical address for each pump job is recorded and also when waste is discharged into & removed from the storage tanks. 4. Discussed the firm permit renewal for 2018. Discussed that the firm application should include all waste types to be pumped (ensure grease is also checked). 5. Thank you for your time.
