NC tag – AP-8291 Proper lettering on 400 gallons tank

1 – Inspected pump truck: VIN – 3C7WRMDL9JG122500; NC tag AP-8291, waste tank volume 400 gallons
2 – Pumper vehicle was properly lettered with company name, city, phone number, and permit number in letters larger
than three inches on both sides of the truck.
3 – Tank appeared structurally sound and securely bolted to the frame
4 – Valves and access ports appeared in proper working order. Caps were present on the access ports
5 – No evidence of leakage from tank, valves or access ports
