ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Once a year on site meeting. Discussed logs, site map and permit renewal. No soil sampling in 2017, sampling
will be done by permit holder in the fall of 2018. Discussed soil sampling, training classes and lime stabilization
procedures.

appear accurate. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met. No sign of land application outside the
permitted boundaries. Woody area on field 1 has been cut – field markers shall remain posted around this spot
as no land application shall occur in this area.
3. Noted spray path on field 1. No odors noted. No sign of heavy application.
