FACILITY COMPLIANCE INSPECTION REPORT Division of Waste Management Solid Waste Section Page 2 of 2 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 1. The required sign is posted and the access road is adequate. 2. The two tanks appear structurally sound. 3. It appears that the approved setbacks are being met. 4. No spills or leaks noted. It appears that septage is being transferred to/from the facility in a safe and sanitary manner. Screening debris is contained within a covered dumpster until proper disposal at the landfill. No apparent vectors or odors. 5. The required 5’ cleared radius is present at this time around the two storage tanks. 6. Discussed the permit renewal & submitted application. The screening process may be tweaked a little in the future – not a lot of septage has been handled so far. The dumpster is about to be emptied for the first time. No logs need to be maintained for this SDTF facility. The new SDTF permit was signed on December 20th & shall be mailed out in the near future. 7. Thank you for your time.
