such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. Inspected pump truck – tag#YA-79064, VIN 1FV6HJBA1XHA21960, 2000 gallons. The lettering is correct on
both sides of this vehicle. Outlet covers were on and no drips/leaks were noted. The tank appears structurally
sound & securely attached. A combination truck & land application site log were reviewed and it appears that
the required information is being maintained.
