1 – Inspected pump truck: VIN – 1GDE4C1286F433899; NC tag HY-5742, waste tank volume 450 gallons
2 – Inspected pump truck: VIN – 1GBC4E1143F505535; NC tag HY-5741, waste tank volume 400 gallons
3 – Pumper vehicles were properly lettered with company name, city, phone number, and permit number in letters larger
than three inches on both sides of the truck.
4 – Tanks appeared structurally sound and securely bolted to the frame
5 – Valves and access ports appeared in proper working order. Caps were present on the access ports
6 – No evidence of leakage from either tanks, valves or access ports
