ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
On October 17, 2017, Troy Harrison (the writer) received a complaint via e-mail concerning an odor after a truck
marked “A Sani Can” had driven down Oak Mountain Road in Salisbury, Rowan County. The directions to the site was
travel down Oak Mountain Road in Salisbury and turn right at the dead end where there used to be two trailers that are
now gone. The complaint was originally received by Teresa Bradford, Environmental Senior Specialist, Division of
Waste Management, Mooresville Regional Office. Mr. Harrison called the complainant on October 17, 2017 to obtain
more information and better directions and left a message to return the call; however, no response was received.
