or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

3 – Markers are up and appear accurate from the permit renewal inspection on 07-12-2017
4 – Septage discharges all appear to be with permitted boundaries
5 – Applicatons appear compliant
6 – Crops are present according to the nutrient management plan and undergrowth recently sprayed
7 – No objectionable odors or vectors noted
8 – Setbacks appear compliant
