After receiving your March 23, 2016 e-mail correspondence confirming that the above-
referenced LCIDLF ceased the operation for waste disposal and began for the site closure, the
Solid Waste Section (SWS) terminated the permit reviewing processes. The site closure should
be complete by May 01, 2016. Additionally, per your request stated in e-mail message dated
April 1, 2016, the SWS returns you the received permit amendment application documents (DIN
25659 & 25665).
