such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

New “No Trespassing” sign All issues from 11-28-2017 addressed

1 – Site has proper signage
2 – Tank was accessible for inspection
3 – Tank at 5000 gallons capacity appears to be structurally sound. Intake valve was repaired. Overflow pipe was cut
and capped off. Off-loading line was disconnected from the plant system and valve with plug installed. Level indicator
had outside weight to show capacity of tank.
4 – Septage transfers appear to be done in a safe and sanitary manner
5 – No vector problems or objectionable odors noted
6 – Setback appear compliant
