enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

Crop present with no signs of recent applications Signage present

1 – Site has proper signage
2 – Good access road
3 – Markers are up and appear to be accurate
4 – No septage discharges noticed outside the permitted boundary for the site
5 – No septage applications recently done
6 – Crops are present and according to the nutrient management plan. Removal of crops needed
7 – Has asked to go inactive for the fields, still needs to submit application
8 – Setbacks distances appear to be met; not measured at that time
