enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate.
2. The two tanks at the woodline and the tank at the maximizer appear structurally sound.
3. No sign of activity. No spills or leaks. No vectors or odors.
4. The approved setbacks are being met. No physical change in facility.
5. The required 5’ cleared radius around the tanks is present.
