The Solid Waste Section has reviewed the sampling data submitted via email by John Killian, Vice President
of AAA Hauling of North Carolina, Inc. on March 30, 2017. This information was submitted to comply with
Section A of the Administrative Consent Agreement and Settlement (“Agreement”) signed by you on
September 19, 2016 and Ellen Lorscheider, Solid Waste Section Chief on September 28, 2016. Based on
our review of the sampling data, it has been determined that no further excavation of the areas or
additional sampling is required at this time.

The requirements of the agreement will be met in its entirety when the final installment payment is made,
currently due in July 2017.
