Instructed Mr. Cheek to remove the excess vegetation at the rear of the tanks to establish the required 5’ cleared radius around the tanks. 2. The third tank from the left (when facing the tanks) has rust holes on the right side – was informed by Aaron Cheek that this tank is no longer in service. This tank shall be emptied of all waste and shall not be used for septage detention unless it is adequately repaired. The other remaining (4) tanks appear structurally sound. 3. It appears that septage is being transferred to/from the facility in a safe and sanitary manner. No spills or leaks noted. No apparent vectors or odors. 4. The required signs are posted and the access road is adequate. 5. The approved setbacks are being met. No physical change in facility. 6. Discussed & provided information for the permitting process for a septage treatment/dewatering facility.
