Grinding the YW as required in the operation plan of the PTO The fire occurred in yard waste pile at the Nash Co. C&DLF. There is approximately 20,000 cubic yards in this pile. The material burning is vegetative debris. Cause UKN. I was notified about the fire at 1pm Sunday November 5, 2017. Met Fire Castalia VFD and Forest Service agent on site. 911 call to Nash County Emergency Management Notify the Section verbally within 24 hours and submit written notification within 15 days of the occurrence.
