Attached is the electronic copy of the Permit Approval to Operate for Gold Hill Road C&DLF, Permit No.
7606-CDLF-2001. The hard copy of the permit will not send over to you. Please place the hard copy of the
permit to the landfill operating record. This is a 5-year permit which shall expire 10/25/2021.

As stated in the permit conditions according to the Administrative Order on Consent - Amendment # 1 (DIN
28246) dated 10/06/2016, the active waste disposal area shall be limited to 6.1 acres at any time. In the
future, the active Phase 2B (approximately 1.99 acres) and/or inactive Phase 2A (approximately 1.34 acres)
of the C&DLF unit are permanently closed according to the approved closure plan; the Solid Waste Section
may approve the certified constructed Phase 1A-2 (encompassing of approximately 1.89 acres) for waste
disposal.
