such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Proper signage Removal of millet/Bermuda

1 – Site has proper signage
2 – Good access road
3 – Most markers are up with a couple needing replacement
4 – No septage discharges noticed outside of the permitted boundaries of the field
5 – No septage application issues noted
6 – Crops were not present at the time of inspection. Before land application a cover crop must be established according
to the nutrient management plan
7 – No objectionable odors or vectors noted
8 – Setbacks appear compliant
