General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be
subject to enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

Pump truck with license plate# AP 2233 and VIN# 1HDNF80C75VA02682 needs to be removed from the Firm application in the future. Truck was sold. Only three pump trucks are being used. Pump truck with license plate# EH 3628 is used for portable toilet waste storage for a day or two until the tank is full and then the portable toilet
waste is taken to the Roanoke Rapids Sanitary District WWTP. 2. All lettering at least 3 inches in height. The town name of Gaston, NC is listed on the trucks. While
Garysburg is listed as the town name for the street address, the location of the office is in the township of Gaston. “NCS” needs to be added to the Permit# on the truck with license plate# EH 3628.
3. The pump tanks on the trucks appeared to be structurally sound.
4. The tanks were bolted to the frames of the trucks. 5. The valves and access ports appeared to be in working order.
6. No leaks noticed today.
7. Caps on the ports used to collect and discharge the portable toilet waste. 8. Required records being kept between the employees’ work logs and the discharge records to the WWTP.
