Subject:Request for extension of time to complete clsing down process of landfill site 79J-LCID
We submit our request formally in writing for allowing us an extension of 30 days by or before May 1st to
complete the items your department has requested we do for the closing of landfill site. This request for extra
time is because we have had a hard getting new
owners getting their work done there onsite along with surveyor/engineer getting their schedules for their part
they have to do in this process of closing the landfill. All parties involved including us have said that it will be
completed by May 1st. Once completed,
I will be in touch with Susan Heim and yourself.

Also in our email to me on March 23rd, you requested to know what we wanted you to do with the Permit
Renewal Application
documents of the landfill you received February 22 and 24. Please return them to our offices in the regular mail
at Sam W. Smith, Inc.
