Dear Mr. Sink:

The Solid Waste Section (SWS) received Davidson County’s request (DIN 25857) for an approval of changing
(1) the landfill operation time & date and (2) the waste stream to be disposed at the C&DLF unit (Permit No.
2906-CDLF-). The SWS acknowledges the request and has no comment at this time, hereby approves the
County’s request. Please keep this request and approval document in the landfill operating record. Please be
advised that it is County’s responsibility to inform the general public of this change to be occurred at the landfill
facility from April 4, 2016. Please contact me if you have questions of the permitting processes and

HI Ming,

Starting April 4,2016 all the C&D will be diverted to the MSW landfill except for the fiberglass. Also the hours are going
to change for the MSW landfill will be 8 till 4:30 on Saturday instead
Of 8 till 1 the C&D will be closed on Saturday altogether. If you have any questions feel free to call or email me.
