or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and any
such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

2 – Waste tank volume is 1500 gallons
3 – Pumper vehicle was properly lettered with company name, city, phone number, and permit number in letters larger
than three inches on both sides of the truck
4 – Tank appeared structurally sound and securely bolted to the frame
5 – Valves and access ports appeared in proper working order. Caps were present on access ports
6 – No evidence of leakage from the tank, valves or access ports
7 – Truck replaces VIN – 1FDNF60H5CVA13536: NC tag FB50658
