STATUS OF PAST NOTED VIOLATIONS:
No violations noted from the previous inspection conducted on 10/04/16.
OBSERVED VIOLATIONS:
NONE
The item(s) listed above were observed by Section staff and require action on behalf of the facility in order to come into or maintain compliance
with the Statutes, Rules, and/or other regulatory requirements applicable to this facility. Be advised that pursuant to N.C.G.S. 130A-22, an
administrative penalty of up to $15,000 per day may be assessed for each violation of the Solid Waste Laws, Regulations, Conditions of a Permit,
or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:
1) Signage present before you get to the site. Sign faded. Sign needs to be replaced or repainted.
2) Access road is well maintained.
3) Markers present.
4) No discharges noticed outside of the permitted boundaries of the fields.
5) No application issues noted today. No spot dumps or thick applications noticed.
6) The fescue field had been replanted. The rye had been planted on some of the bermudagrass fields.
7) No application at time of inspection. pH of septage not checked.
8) No objectionable odors noticed today.
9) No change noticed with setbacks.
10) Records not checked.
11) Collected composite soil samples from the 6 fields.
