or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1) Required signage present.
2) Access road was in good shape.
3) Markers present.
4) No discharges noticed outside of the permitted boundaries.
5) No application issues noted. No spot dumps or thick applications noticed.
6) Good bermudagrass coverage. See pictures below. Will need to harvest soon so that you can plant the
small grain.
7) No application at time of inspection. pH not checked.
8) No objectionable odors noticed.
9) Setbacks not checked.
10) I collected a composite soil sample from each of the three (3) fields.
