We have no direct knowledge of the origin of the samples and imply no position with regard to the nature of the test results, i.e. pass/fail and no claims as to the suitability of the material for its intended use. The young vegetation is sparse, as this photo shows winter conditions. Nonetheless, these slopes are technically closed, and the progression of aerial photos from 2008 to present (found in Google maps) shows no further disturbance. This area coincides with the 2.9 acres of required closure addressed in the 2014 PTO (DIN 9575), Attachment 3, Part 1, Condition 2. Based on the November 24, 2014 SCS Engineers report (DIN 28336), the final cover on these slopes, evaluated with test holes #1 - #15, was documented as having the minimum 24 inches of cover as required by Rule 15A NCAC 13B .0510.
