or Order under Article 9 of Chapter 130A of the N.C. General Statutes. Further, the facility and/or all responsible parties may also be subject to
enforcement actions including penalties, injunction from operation of a solid waste management facility or a solid waste collection service and
any such further relief as may be necessary to achieve compliance with the North Carolina Solid Waste Management Act and Rules.

AREAS OF CONCERN AND COMMENTS:

1) Signage present at entrance to site.
2) Access road well maintained.
3) All boundary markers up.
4) No septage discharges noticed outside of permitted boundaries.
5) No spot dumps or thick applications noticed.
6) The overseed crop (wheat) was present. See picture below.
7) No application at time of inspection. pH not checked.
8) No objectionable odors noticed.
9) Setback distances appear to be ok.
10) Records have been submitted with the application for permit renewal. Application for permit renewal received on
03/17/15.
