Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. (Amec Foster Wheeler) is preparing an
Assessment of Corrective Measures (ACM) Report for referenced facility. On behalf of C&D
Landfill, Inc., we would like to request a 30-day extension for submittal of this report.

The reason we believe the extension is justified stems from the amount of time required to update
the records and drawings from different past consultants, in addition to allowing sufficient time to
properly evaluate the data and formulate a sustainable plan of action.
